Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough

- 180 g Flour, all-purpose or gluten-free flour (divided)
- 1.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 240 ml Greek Yogurt (any fat percentage)

Prep: Preheat your oven to 220Β°C

Mix Dry: Whisk 1 ΒΌ cups of the flour, the baking powder, and the salt together in a large bowl

Add Yogurt: Stir in the Greek yogurt with a spatula

Knead: Mix with your hands until a dough ball forms, then knead it about 20 times

Roll Out
- Dust your counter with the remaining ΒΌ cup of flour.
- Knead until the flour is absorbed and the dough is no longer sticky.
- Roll into your desired thickness.

Top and Bake
- Move the crust to a lightly floured baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Add your sauce, toppings, and cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
