Royal Mail suggests to use the online complaints form on the Royal Mail website, however I’ve tried this several times and once left it for a week without response. I eventually had to resort to waiting 30 minutes on the phone line
They also suggest contacting the sender, however this is sometimes unfeasable
To contact Royal Mail regarding a failed parcel delivery, call 03457 740 740.

- service is closed on Sundays and bank holidays
